Viewing Customer Details
The Customer detail page is accessed when clicking on a customer in the Customers overview. It shows you all the details about a specific customer and their subscription.
Subscription details
The subscription details section displays all information about the customer's subscription, including the current status, how long they've been subscribed, and the total amount they've paid so far. You can see key dates like when they signed up, when their subscription was activated, and any cancellation-related timestamps if applicable.
Customer details
This section contains all personal details about the customer, including their full name, email address, phone number, and complete address information (street, zipcode, city, and country). You can edit these details by clicking the Edit button.
Track and trace
Here you can send out a track and trace code to the customer, and if a code has already been sent, you can see the details including the tracking code and when it was sent.
Note: To send track and trace codes, you first need to activate this feature in the Email configuration settings.
You can also find all Track & Trace codes for a customer in the Orders section within the Plans & Product area of their details page. For any order where a T&T code was submitted, it will be displayed alongside the order number and shipment date.
Return label
This section allows you to send out a return label to a customer for sending back their device in case they decide to cancel their subscription. Click the "Send return label" button to email the return label to the customer.
Payment history
The payment history section shows an overview of all planned and completed payments by the customer. Each entry displays the date, amount, status (such as Paid or Pending), and the associated invoice reference.
Invoices
Here you can find an overview of all invoices created for the customer. The table shows the invoice number, customer name, creation date, amount, payment status, number of retries, and whether a retry is pending.
Active products
This section displays all the products a customer has subscribed to. For each product, you can:
Set the next date for shipping the product or ship it immediately
Set the interval on which to ship the product
Remove the product from the customer's subscription
Use the "Set next shipment", "Ship now", and "Interval" buttons to manage each product's delivery schedule.
Email history
The email history section shows all emails that have been planned or already sent to the customer. This includes confirmation emails, track and trace notifications, monthly charge reminders, order confirmations, and failed payment notifications. Click "Show full email history" to see the complete list.
